In this short session, Tom will provide some new ideas and challenge the way you and
your team sees themselves, their product and their customers. If you want to change your results, you must first start with a shift in your thinking.
Tom will also give a brief overview of Perficency's research on how people learn at accelerated and sustainable levels, and why typical training doesn't work.
